Biography

Mr. Basharat Hussain is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, University of Chitral. He holds M.Phil. Degree from the School of Politics and International Relations (SPIR), Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. He has done his master in Political Science from Department of Political Science, University of Peshawar. Prior to joining the University of Chitral, he has served in the Institute of Regional Studies, Islamabad, a well-known research organization in the capital for sixteen years as Research Analyst. He has published research and newspapers articles.

Specialization: Culture of Peace in Chitral.
Research Interests: International Relations in South Asia. International and Regional Organizations, South Asian Internal Politics.
